The fixed price quote includes private transport for one household with one or two pets, fuel, all journey charges and fees, tolls, ferry or Eurotunnel, an Animal Health Certificate where required, and pet-friendly hotel stays. No fuel surcharge. Pets stay with us in the hotel and are never left overnight in the vehicle. The discounted return price applies when both journeys are booked together and the return takes place 14–21 days later. Your itinerary and fixed price are confirmed before booking.

This is not a scheduled multi-pet shuttle. Each journey is arranged for one family’s one or two pets, with the route and stops shaped around their comfort.
This is a pets-only service. Owners arrange their own journey and meet the five-day timing requirement described below.
Most UK–Spain journeys take around three days, with up to two overnight stays in pet-friendly hotels. Pets stay with us in the hotel and are never left overnight in the vehicle.

Does the quote include all fees?
Yes. It includes fuel, all journey charges and fees, crossing costs, tolls and pet-friendly hotel stays. There is no fuel surcharge. An Animal Health Certificate is included where required. We confirm your itinerary and fixed price before booking.
Do you transport both dogs and cats?
Yes, one family’s one or two dogs or cats travel privately. Tell us their size, routine and any care needs so we can confirm suitability.
If your pet has favourite comfort blankets or toys, please send them along. We supply all the crates needed for the journey.
Please also provide a well-fitting harness for your pet, suitable for walks and comfort stops. Some pets can slip out of their collars, so a secure harness can help keep them safe and make stops less stressful.
Can you collect outside Manchester or Alicante?
Yes. We are based in Manchester and Alicante, but undertake journeys throughout the UK to Spain and Spain to the UK. Send your collection and delivery postcodes and preferred dates so we can confirm availability.
How often do you travel?
We offer a bespoke journey designed to fit in with your own requirements.
Can I travel in the vehicle with my pet?
No. This is a pets-only service; owners make their own travel arrangements. We ask for the owner’s travel dates and written authorisation as part of planning the journey.
Where do the pets stay overnight?
Your pets stay with us in pet-friendly hotels, never overnight in the vehicle. Most UK–Spain journeys take around three days, with up to two overnight stays.
