An all-inclusive estimate, with no fuel surcharge
The estimator includes all journey charges and fees: fuel, ferry or Eurotunnel crossing, tolls and any pet-friendly hotel stays needed for the agreed itinerary. These are included in the estimate, not added later as separate surcharges.

Why private and shared transport quotes differ
A shared transport service spreads the journey across several customers. EPT reserves the journey for one family's pets, without unrelated animals or transfers between operators. When comparing quotes, check the number of animals travelling, overnight arrangements, collection and delivery points, and which crossing and paperwork costs are included.
Our service is intended for owners looking for that personal arrangement, rather than a scheduled multi-pet shuttle.
Why do estimates differ between journeys?
Your collection and destination determine the route, and the calculator distinguishes one-way and return journeys. Fuel, crossing fees, tolls and hotel stays are already included. We offer a bespoke journey designed to fit in with your own requirements; tell us your preferred dates so we can plan the details.
We are based in Manchester and Alicante and undertake journeys throughout the UK to Spain and Spain to the UK.
How does the return estimate work?
The discounted return price applies when both journeys are booked together and the return takes place 14–21 days later. Both dates remain subject to availability. If you need a different interval, tell us rather than assuming the displayed return estimate applies.
Include the owner's own travel dates for each leg so we can check that the journey fits the service's travel-timing requirements.
What should I send for a confirmed quote?
- Collection and delivery postcodes or full town names.
- Preferred dates, any flexibility, and the owner's travel dates.
- Whether you need one-way or return transport.
- The number and type of pets, their size, and any relevant care needs.
